§ Mr. Allen McKayasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will seek to amend the Public Health Act 1936 so as to make it compulsory for developers to provide a bond and enter into agreement with water authorities for the satisfactory construction of sewers and the adoption thereof and to prevent developers from exercising their present rights to connect into sewers which they know to be defective.
