§ Mr. Hugh D. BrownIt is estimated that 11,500 public sector dwellings and 14,500 private sector dwellings were completed in 1978. Final figures are not available as returns have not yet been submitted by all local authorities. Details of the house-building completions for the previous 10 years are published in "Scottish Housing Statistics" which is available in the House of Commons Library.
