§ Mr. Hal Millerasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether his Department has objected to the proposed use by the Hereford and Worcester county council of 150 acres of agriculrural land at Lower Smite Farm, Hindlip, for tipping.
§ Mr. WigginMy divisional surveyor in Worcester has lodged a formal objection to these proposals on the grounds that the county council has failed to demonstrate that land of a lower quality is not available for the proposed development and that it has exhausted the list of all other possible sites for use as land-fill tips.
