§ Mr. Campbell-Savoursasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in the light of granting of planning permission by Cumbria county council to the National Coal Board for facilities at Risehow, Maryport, he is satisfied with the adequacy of the present planning law relating to the preservation of amenity areas.
