§ Mr. Harry Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will set up an inquiry in Scotland into the tenancy arrangements between the tenants of public houses and hotels owned by brewers and the brewers, with particular regard to the effect of such agreements on the consumer and the tenant.
