§ Mr. Arthur BottomleyAs the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster made clear when he made a statement on behalf of the Commission on 4 December, it is not proposed that the press should pay any special subvention to the Refreshment Department after 1 April 1980. No offer to make any such payments has been received from those concerned.
