§ Mr. Bradfordasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what use is being made of the Mount Street clinic in South Belfast; and if he will use it for the purposes of youth work, including recreation.
§ Mr. AlisonThe former Mount Street clinic is surplus to public needs and is being offered for sale on the open market. There are no plans to use the premises as a youth facility. Responsibility for the provision of sporting and recreational activities rests with the Belfast city council, but I understand that it has no plans to acquire or adapt the property for recreational purposes.
