Mr. Woolmerasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he is satisfied that the present documentation of the country of origin for goods entering the United Kingdom from EEC countries provides an adequate basis for monitoring and controlling agreed levels of imports from countries with which the United Kingdom has negotiated bilateral agreements.
