§ Mr. Bradfordasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what is the date for the commencement of buildings in phase 1 of redevelopment in redevelopment areas 19 and 22N, Donegall Pass area; and what recreational facilities will be included in the total redevelopment programme for that area.
§ Mr. GoodhartI understand from the Housing Executive that phase 1 for 19 dwellings is due to begin in August 1980.
The total redevelopment programme for the area has not yet been worked out in detail but discussions are taking place between the various agencies involved to identify sites for recreational facilities. One play site has already been provided and a second will be constructed in the immediate future.
