§ Mr. Wyn RobertsLocal housing need is assessed by Welsh local authorities in their housing strategy and investment programmes which are submitted annually to the Welsh Office. These take account 757W of the household/dwelling balance, existing stock, condition of dwellings, population projections, and age distribution of population.
