§ Mr. John MooreThe external financing limit of the NCB for 1979–80 will remain at £709 million as announced on 12 June 1979. Within that figure the Government are making available to the NCB in the current financial year up to £255 million in grants at 1979–80 outturn prices, subject to parliamentary approval of Supplementary Estimates.
