§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe association has responded to the consultation letter about proposed changes to the orange badge scheme, recently issued by my Department and expressed its opposition to those changes. Its letter has been acknowledged, and it has been assured that its representations will be taken into account in considering the response to the proposals.
