§ Mr. Michael Brownasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will bring forward proposals to extend the voucher system in education.
§ Dr. BoysonMy right hon. and learned Friend has at present no plans to do so. He will watch with interest the progress made by the Kent local education authority, which intends to mount trial voucher schemes in primary and secondary schools in the next few years.
