§ Mr. Eldon Griffithsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in view of the undertakings given to Suffolk county council earlier in the current year by his Department that an additional central Government grant would be paid to cover the unforeseen extra costs arising 565W in that administrative county from the effects of last winter's snow storms, he will now meet its claims.
