§ Mr. PrenticeThe current extension of mobility allowance to men and woolen up to the age of 64 has resulted in some delays in acknowledging and processing claims, but these are now being tackled through the deployment of additional staff. I am not aware of any current problem of communication with the public in connection with any of the other benefits which are administered at Norcross, but if my hon. Friend has a particular case in mind I shall be glad to look into it.
