§ Mr. Peter ReesThe two protocols were signed on 16 October 1979 and it is intended to lay the draft Orders in Council before the House early in the new year. The protocols contain some provisions for which it will be necessary to provide supporting domestic legislation and this will be included in next year's Finance Bill.
