§ Mr. John Carlisleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give support to the four Home Rugby Unions' tour of South Africa, should they receive an invitation to tour.
§ Mr. MonroNo Government approval would be given to any such tour. To do so would be incompatible with our acceptance of the Commonwealth statement on sport.
