§ 66. Mr. Rookerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to introduce the Bill to amend the Land Compensation Act 1973 in respect of compensation claims due to motorway construction.
§ Mr. FoxProvisions are included in the Local Government Planning and Land Bill introduced in another place on 29 November.
