§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe transfer of computer services will have no expenditure implications for the roads and transport budget, which is being increased correspondingly. As regards the urban programme in 1980–81 and subsequent years, no resources have yet been reallocated to the roads and transport programme. Any reallocation for 1980–81 will be made in 1980 in the light of the transport share of expenditure proposals put forward by local authorities in their inner area programmes.
