§ Mr. Jim LesterI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission, which is responsible for employment and train-112W ing services for disabled people, that it is aware of the needs of mentally handicapped people and that it is studying ways of increasing provision of sheltered employment places for them and meeting their training needs.
