§ Mr. HurdAs I explained on 23 November—[Vol. 974, c. 273]—the Government have offered a grant-in-aid of £483,325–equivalent of United States $1 million—to the Disasters Emergency Committee for allocation among its five constituent societies for their relief work in Kampuchea. Those societies are the British Red Cross, Catholic Aid for Overseas Development, Christian Aid, 123W OXFAM and the Save the Children Fund. The committee's reply is awaited.
