§ Mr. HeseltineThe Turner Society has put forward to me a case for the Fine Rooms at Somerset House to be used as a permanent home for the Turner bequest. I am also aware of proposals made by the University of London concerning the Seilern collection. I am in consultation with my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and expect to reach a decision shortly.
