§ Mr. Fieldasked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many of the 650,000 pensioners aged over 75 years, and the 85,000 families with children aged under 5 years, who received an additional weekly allowance for heating gained a standard addition payable on grounds of the claimant's health or accommodation; at what rate was the allowance paid; how many received a central heating allowance; and at what rate was the allowance paid.
