§ Mr. Gordon Wilsonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what proposals he has received concerning the fourth television channel and Scotland.
§ Mr. WhitelawI have received representations to the effect that there should be access to the fourth channel for programmes by Scottish independent producers and also programmes transmitted only in Scotland. These options would he possible under my proposals.
