§ Mr. Brocklebank-Fowlerasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he is in a position to make a decision on the proposal by the Norfolk county council that the Government should meet half the cost of providing a new pipeline to take water from the A10 at West Winch in order to avoid the continual flooding of local farmland.
§ Mr. HoramNorfolk county council's suggestion is being considered, and I hope a decision can be taken soon.
