§ Mr. Guy BarnettEstimates of net rate and grant borne expenditure, and of population, for each London borough are incorporated in the annual publications of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, viz "return of rates and rates levied per head of population" for 1974–5, 1975–6 and 1976–7 and "Financial, General and Rating Statistics" for 1977–78 and 1978–9.
