§ Mr. Les HuckfieldWe shall maintain our efforts to stimulate industrial development in Kirkby, where regional incentives at the highest levels in Great Britain have been available since we made Merseyside, including Kirkby, a special development area in 1974. My Department is in close touch with BICC Connollys Ltd. about the proposed redundancies.
