(2) what was the average annual increase in output per person employed between the years 1973 and 1978 in (a) the whole United Kingdom economy and (b) manufacturing industries in the United Kingdom;
(3) what was the volume of manufacturing output per employee between the years 1973 to 1978 in the following countries arranged in descending order of magnitude: West Germany, Japan, France, the United States of America, Canada, Italy and the United Kingdom;
(4) what was the volume of output per employee in the whole economy between the years 1973 and 1978 in the following countries arranged in descending order of magnitude: West Germany, Japan, France, the United States of America, Canada, Italy and the United Kingdom.
