§ Mr. MoyleIn a 1977 circular I asked children's regional planning committees to review the adequacy of existing provision for this purpose when revising their plans. Revised plans, covering a five-year period from this year, are now coming in. Meanwhile my Department continues to make capital grants to local authorities for the provision of secure accommodation.
