§ Mr. John SilkinSo long as the computer operating staff continue to take industrial action it is, unfortunately, not possible to arrange for farmers generally to receive the grants and subsidies which are normally paid through my Department's computer. But we are taking steps to ensure that payment will be made as quickly as possible when the industrial action is ended.
