Staff resources for this work are scarce and I am, therefore, unable to forecast when a decision is likely to be issued.
The inspector's report of the Hereford city and rural district inquiry has only been received in the Department within the last few weeks and is subject to the same problem of staff resources. I am, therefore, unable to forecast when a decision might be issued.
