Sir George Young

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he has considered the leaflet produced by Phillip Morris entitled "What About Smoking and Health"; and whether he considers that this publication is a breach of the voluntary agreement between the Government and the tobacco companies concerning the promotion of tobacco.
