Mr. Warren

asked the Prime Minister if he will consult with the right hon. Member for Huyton (Sir H. Wilson) and the right hon. Member for Sidcup (Mr. Heath) to consider the publication of all relevant Government papers relating to Rhodesian oil sanctions.

The first step is for the House to debate the Bingham report and Rhodesian oil sanctions generally.
