Member for Newham, North-West wrote to him on 10th August regarding quangos and that by 6th September no reply had been received, which necessitated him writing to apologise for the failure to reply, and that by 18th September still no reply had been received; when the reply was eventually sent; and what was contained in this which could and should not have been sent during the month of August.
