asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, further to the Written Answer to the hon. Member for Lichfield and Tamworth (Mr. Grocott) on the nationalised industries Official Report, 2nd March 1978, column 356, if he will provide a further column of figures for the year 1977–78.

Mr. Grocott

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many nationalised industries have indicated their progress towards industrial democracy as requested in the White Paper (Command Paper No. 7131).

All except three of the nationalised industries have reported their progress, and those three are expected to do so in the very near future.
