§ Mr. MaclennanNegotiations on a code of practice are proceeding between the Office of Fair Trading and the organisations concerned. Considerable progress has been made although agreement has yet to be reached on a few issues. Provided these issues can be speedily resolved, a code of practice could be finalised shortly.
