§ Mr. Craigenasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will set out the following statistics relating to family income supplement for all the years available, differentiating between two-parent families and one-parent families: the total annual cost of family income supplement, the average payment, and the average percentage contribution that family income supplement and child benefit makes to the family income of those people claiming family income supplement.
