§ Mr. Marks:No. There seems to be some confusion over the Latin name equus quagga used by some European taxonomists as an alternative to equus burchelli to describe the common or Burchell's zebra.
I am happy to say that since the end of September the skins of all not extinct zebra species have been added to the lists of parts and derivatives controlled
