§ 20. Mr. Roy Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will seek to amend the Severn Bridge Tolls Act 1965 with a view to suspending the collection of tolls on the bridge.
§ Mr. Horam:No. Suspension of tolling would worsen the finances of the bridge without improving the flow of traffic during the present repairs.
