§ Mr. William Rodgers:I regret that this information cannot be provided without a disproportionate expenditure of time and resources.
§ 59. Mr. Spriggsasked the Secretary of State for Transport what representation he has received about public inquiry procedure for which his Department is concerned; and in what circumstances he 245W would authorise an independent investigation.
