§ Mr. Powellasked the Secretary of State for Prices and Consumer Protection whether he will refer to the Monopolies Commission the supply and distribution of cement in Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. John Fraser:There are no plans to do so at present. Monopoly references are normally made by the Director General of Fair Trading, and if the right hon. Member has any views on the desirability of such a reference, perhaps he would care to write to the Director General direct.
