§ Mr. Horam:The Inspector's report has not yet been submitted to my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for the Environment and Transport. The manuscript is at present being typed and the inspector states that he expects to be able 90W to complete his action on the report in time for it to be submitted next month.
