§ Mr. Armstrong:£13.39 million has been allocated which, assuming an average grant of £40, will be sufficient to insulate 334,750 dwellings.

§ Mr. Armstrong:Resources for the homes insulation scheme 1978 were divi- 60W ded between regions on the basis of their share of the national stock of private sector dwellings. In turn, regional offices generally made allocations to authorities on the same basis.
