§ Mr. John FraserThe British Reinforcement Manufacturers' Association has made an application for the exemption of a proposed agreement from the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 and I recently met some of its members to discuss the matter. My right hon. Friend will make his decision on the application in the light of all the criteria set out in section 29 of the Act and after he has received the views of users.
