§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales at what date he anticipates being able to hold the public participation hearings into the preferred route for the Port Dinorwic bypass.
§ Mr. Barry JonesDraft highway orders proposing the line of the bypass are expected to be published toward the middle of next year, when an opportunity will be given to the public to comment on the proposals and to propose alternative routes. It will then be for the Secretary of State to consider whether a public inquiry will be necessary and, if so, when it would be held.
