§ Mr. Newensasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what scientific papers and exhibits are being prepared for use at the International Whaling Commission meeting in Tokyo later during the year.
§ Mr. BishopThe scientific committee of the International Whaling Commission, which includes a representative from the United Kingdom, will be meeting in La Jolla, California from 27th November to 8th December to consider all the available data on Southern Hemisphere and North Pacific sperm whale stocks. The committee will submit its report to the special meeting of the commission in Tokyo.
