§ 59. Mr. Albert Robertsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what action he proposes to take on the letter sent by the chief executive of the Leeds city council on 8th November 1978 concerning financial aid to carry out remedial construction on the houses of type 5M to keep them safe for habitation, in the light of the fact that the houses are of a type recommended by his Department.
§ Mr. ArmstrongWe had already given a lot of thought to this matter before the chief executive's letter of 8th November was received. We are now considering the specific points made in the letter and expect to be able to discuss them with him soon.
