§ Mr. McCrindleasked the Secretary of State for Employment, if he will publish in suitable form an explanation of the law on picketing for the guidance of those involved and the police.
§ Mr. Harold Walker, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 21st November 1978], gave the following reply:
I have no plans at present to publish a guide to the law on picketing.
