§ Mr. Tim Smithasked the Secretary of State for Trade when he expects to publish the annual report of the Companies Administration Division for the year ended 31st December 1977; and, when it is published, if he will place a copy in the Library.
§ Mr. Clinton DavisThe annual report on companies in 1977 was laid before the House today and a copy has been placed in the Library. Unfortunately, due to a dispute in Her Majesty's Stationery Office, the report is not available for sale to the public at present.
