§ Mr. Leeasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will now publish any instructions currently applicable to Government-appointed British Petroleum directors on how to vote at board meetings on matters appertaining to oil exports to Southern Africa, in the light of the recent revelations of the Bingham report.
§ Mr. HealeyAll Government directors of BP are expected to follow the Government's policy on oil exports to Southern Africa as set out by the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs in the House of Commons on 7th November.
